We will arrange the viewing
Following your registration, we will contact you to gather the details regarding your offer. Dingdong will also handle the viewing. We will coordinate the practical arrangements with you.
One fixed fee. Payable only upon success.
You pay €299 including VAT per successful placement. There is no percentage of the monthly rent included in this placement fee. Your application is non-binding; payment is only due upon successful placement.
From application to a new tenant
1. Register your accommodation
Please complete the form on this page. Even if you wish to offer multiple rooms, you may begin with a single request.
2. Completing the offering together
Dingdong will contact you and gather the necessary information. This includes the location, rental price, availability, photographs, and characteristics of the accommodation.
3. Reaching candidates and showing the living space
We will present your listing to suitable room seekers and arrange the viewings. This allows candidates to view the property and enables you to make a well-considered decision.
4. Payment upon successful placement
Upon successful placement, a fee of €299 including VAT is payable per placement. You will be informed of the placement fee in advance.
A fixed price makes comparison straightforward
Calculation example based on a monthly rent of €800. We compare our one-off placement fee with a letting agency that charges one month's rent plus 21% VAT for a one-off rental service.

Verhuren aan studenten? Begin met passende afspraken.
Nu geldt: sinds 1 juli 2024 is een huurcontract voor onbepaalde tijd het uitgangspunt. Een tijdelijk contract mag alleen in specifieke uitzonderingssituaties. Bijvoorbeeld voor een student die tijdelijk voor de studie in een andere gemeente huurt dan de eigen woonplaats. Alleen student zijn is dus niet genoeg. Voor een campuscontract gelden weer eigen voorwaarden; dat is niet hetzelfde als een algemeen tijdelijk contract.
Voorgesteld, nog niet ingevoerd: wetsvoorstel 36 992 moet hospitaverhuur verruimen. Dat voorstel geeft professionele verhuurders geen algemene vrijheid om iedere student een tijdelijk contract te geven. De genoemde streefdatum van 1 januari 2027 is geen bevestigde ingangsdatum. Laat vóór verhuur beoordelen welke contractvorm voor jouw situatie klopt. Dingdong helpt je een passende huurder te vinden.
